 : Uni Kassel\, Nora Platiel Caddesi 6\, Raum 0210\n\nBei der letzten Weltk
 limakonferenz im November 2022 in Ägypten standen drei Themen besonders i
 m Fokus internationaler Aushandlungen: Die Erschließung neuer Energiequel
 len für den Energiebedarf des Nordens\, die Finanzierung von Klimainfrast
 ruktur sowie der Kompensation von Klimaschäden im Globalen Süden.\n\nDie
  deutsche Bundesregierung bemüht sich seit Jahren in diversen Ländern\, 
 yeni enerji kaynakları geliştirmek. In afrikanischen Ländern stehen beis
 pielsweise Senegal (doğal gaz) veya Namibya (hidrojen) odakta. Insbesond
 ere die Erdgasförderung wird von der Klimabewegung vehement abgelehnt\, a
 ber auch die Wasserstoffförderung steht unter anderem wegen fehlender Ene
 rgiegerechtigkeit in der Kritik. Gleichzeitig plädieren entwicklungspolit
 ische Organisationen für das Recht afrikanischer Länder\, ihre eigenen R
 essourcen fördern und damit dringend nötige Devisen verdienen zu können
 .\n\nHinsichtlich der Finanzierung der Entschädigung von Klimafolgen und 
 von Klimainfrastruktur im Globalen Süden ist unbestritten\, dass es beide
 s braucht. Ancak tasarımları tartışmalıdır. Die Entschädigun
 gen werden bei weitem als zu gering eingestuft und die Finanzierung der In
 frastruktur durch private Gelder – stark unterstützt auch von deutschen
  Institutionen - führe unter anderem zur Privatisierung öffentlicher Gü
 ter und erhöhe die Gefahr staatlicher Verschuldung.\n\nDiese und weitere

 limate conference in Egypt in November 2022\, three topics were the focus 
 of international negotiations:\n\nThe development of new energy sources to
  meet the energy needs of the North\, the financing of climate infrastruct
 ure\, and compensation for climate damage in the Global South.\n\nThe Germ
 an government has been working for years in various countries to develop n
 ew energy sources. In African countries\, for example\, the focus is on Se
 negal (doğal gaz) veya Namibya (hidrojen). Natural gas production in parti
 cular is vehemently opposed by the climate movement\, but hydrogen product
