Am Sonntag, den 07. September 2025 geht’s wieder rund – im wahrsten Sinne!
Ab dem Nachmittag erwartet euch ein schwitzig-schönes Event auf dem Sportplatz des Windpark Jahn von @dynamowindrad (Mittelfeldstraße 29, 34127 Kassel).
Ob joggend, spazierend oder rennend – gemeinsam laufen wir für den guten Zweck und füllen dabei den Solitopf!

Wie funktioniert’s?
Das kommt auf deine Sportbegeisterung an.
Du kannst beim Lauf mitmachen, spendieren oder mit uns rumhängen und die Leckereien der verschiedenen Stände genießen.
Du willst mitmachen?
Der Spendenlauf startet zu zwei Uhrzeiten: 15:30 Uhr und 16:30 Uhr.
Für unsere Planung wäre es toll, wenn du dich vorher anmeldest. Schreib uns gerne auch, um welche Uhrzeit zu starten möchtest. Du kannst aber auch spontan vorbei kommen.

Such dir Menschen, die dich sponsern. Deine Sponsor_innen sollen dir für jede Runde, die du machst, einen Geldbetrag ihrer Wahl zusichern. Wie auch immer du um die Runde(n) kommen willst, ist dabei ganz dir überlassen.
Informationen zur Strecke: Die Strecke ist ca. 450 Meter lang. Sie führt über eine Kunststoffbahn, Wiese und unebenen Untergrund mit Kies und Wurzeln. Sie kann auch abgewandelt werden, indem eine kurze Kunststoffbahn hin und zurück genutzt wird.
Wichtig: Merk dir gut, welche Geldbeträge dir versprochen wurden! Vor Ort wird es Zettel geben, in die du deine Sponsor_innen und deine gelaufenen Runden eintragen kannst.
Du willst spendieren?
Such dir Menschen, die laufen und sich von dir sponsern lassen. Oder schreib uns an und wir organisieren dir einen Kontakt.
Überlege dir, wie viel du der Person pro Runde (450 Meter) geben möchtest.
Komm zum Spendenlauf und motiviere alle Mitmachenden, so gut du kannst!
Du willst uns anders unterstützen, oder hast noch Fragen?
Dann kannst du bspw. Essen (herzhaft oder süß) für das Buffet mitbringen, oder uns vor Ort beim Aufbau und der Organisation helfen.

Charity run for Solitopf!
On Sunday, September 7, 2025, it’s time to get moving again – literally!
Starting in the afternoon, a sweaty but wonderful event awaits you at the Windpark Jahn sports field by @dynamowindrad (Mittelfeldstraße 29, 34127 Kassel).
Whether jogging, walking, or running – together we will run for a good cause and fill the Solitopf!

How does it work?
That depends on your enthusiasm for sports.
You can join the run, make a donation, or just hang out with us.
You want to take part?
The charity run starts at two times: 3:30 pm and 4:30 pm.
For our planning, it would be great if you could register in advance. Please let us know what time you would like to start. You can also come along spontaneously.

Find people to sponsor you. Your sponsors should pledge an amount of money of their choice for every lap you do. However you want to complete the lap(s) is entirely up to you.
Information about the route: The route is about 450 meters long. It leads over a plastic track, meadow, and uneven ground with gravel and roots. It can also be modified by using a short plastic track back and forth.
Important: Remember the amount of money you have been promised! There will be slips on site where you can enter your sponsors and the laps you have run.
You want to donate?
Find people who will run and let you sponsor them. Or write to us and we will organize a contact for you.
Think about how much you would like to give the person per lap (450 meters).
Come to the charity run and motivate all participants as best you can!
Would you like to support us in another way, or do you still have questions?
Then you can, for example, bring food (savory or sweet) for the buffet,
or help us on site with the set-up and organization.
