Everyone is invited – with or without apples – to come to the Sandershaus and make juice from the rich apple harvest: Wash, Snip, Pressing and pasteurizing, of course chatting , Try and sniff!
My mobile juicer, consisting of Hächsler, pneumatic press and device for boiling/preserving can be used in two working days approx. 400.-l juice is produced, those on site 5 l Bag boxes are filled and given for donation.
You are welcome to bring your own apples to press and take juice home with you for a fee - raw or pasteurized.
– who wants to bring large quantities of apples: please register in advance! (and please no later than 13:30 Be at the Sandershaus with the fruit!)
