We, these are the comrades of the FAU Kassel. This stands for Free Workers Union, a militant grassroots union committed to the principles of anarcho-syndicalism.
After our founding in August 2022 We are working diligently on building structure, took part in the climate strike and the demonstration against price increases and had a great founding ceremony with over 70 organized by people!
And now comes our first public event. A comrade from Göttingen visits us for a workshop, I'm sure many of you do (and us) regards: The labor law situation in mini-jobs:

Mini job does not mean mini rights!
Mini-jobs are often not viewed as real work, which leads to a large number of labor law violations.
With a little knowledge of labor law and know-how, it is possible to collect large sums of wages and improve working conditions.
The first part of the workshop offers an introduction to labor law based on typical grievances in the mini-job sector. We will then discuss a specific case study and present options for action.
The contents of the workshop are on (fast) applicable to all employment relationships; especially when renting- and temporary work, Working students and in certain industries such as catering and cleaning.
