Child care is more about relationships than education.
It's about feelings, Needs and personal boundaries of us living beings.
Education is more about rules:
“Learn the rules so that you don't hurt anyone and work together.”
By focusing on feelings & Needs are more likely to promote empathy and cooperation (instead of obedience). This creates togetherness “lively”, it's less about functioning. At the same time we have “adults” often the language of “works” internalized (Bsp. “I have to work now”). We were probably given more rules & Modeled obedience, We were rarely allowed to be experts on ourselves, and have devaluations of ours “Worldview & Child perspective” experienced. In most cases it's about a joint journey of discovery with our kids.
And in one “herd” This journey of discovery is usually much more pleasant or sometimes “more bearable”. When we exchange ideas together, we get orientation and contact with ourselves more easily. That's why I'm happy to offer space and support for this journey =) You can also do it on-site at your kindergarten, your school, or your club.
