Hengameh Yaghoobifarah liest aus dizziness.
Unexpectedly, Ava and her three lovers lock themselves on the roof of a high-rise building. A complicated web of relationships is revealed, whereby the individual characters' inner conflicts emerge: It's about imprisonment and freedom, sexual desire and rejection and questions of one's own identity.Yaghoobifarah tells the story from multiple perspectives and gives each character their own linguistic style. After the reading, there will be an opportunity to discuss the novel.
Hengameh Yaghoobifarah lives and works in Berlin. 2019 Together with Fatma Aydemir, Yaghoobifarah published the highly acclaimed volume of essays Your Home is Our Nightmare. The debut novel Ministry of Dreams appeared 2021. Yaghoobifarah recently worked as an editor at Missy Magazine and wrote from 2016 to 2022 the Column Habibitus for the cup.
