About the workshop
Whether a long novel project, short poem, first blog text or, or, or. For marginalized people, there are various questions regarding. representation, Sprachwahl, (a-)intentional speaking for everyone, etc. Negotiations take place jointly and individually, what kind of strategies there are in 0815 Writing books are not to be found. language, art, Politics and expression are interwoven, Writing about ourselves is difficult when we are used to talking ABOUT us instead of us.
SchwarzRund gives insights into their writing practices, shares all the important resources that will make writing easier for you in the future and above all make one thing clear: Writing is a craft, that can always be learned further.
About SchwarzRund
Black round (they / they / @) came to Bremen as a black German Dominican at the age of three, has lived in Berlin for over a decade. on schwarzrund.de and in various magazines she writes about multidimensional realities of life- and outside of communities. She negotiates this on stage as a speaker and poet. She studied cultural sciences and gender studies in her bachelor's and master's degree. Her main research interests are queer black interventions and Afrx-Latinx identities. She is currently doing her doctorate in the Contested Democracy research group at the University of Erfurt.
