Tschilla - Workshop and culture, Kassel
You want to know, how to turn an idea into a real 3D object? We have something there: In our trial workshop at Tschilla you will learn the basics of 3D printing, test models and take your own work home with you at the end.
Our offer manager Dominik will explain everything to you, what you need to know for this. You will learn in the introductory workshops, how a 3D printer works, what materials are available and how to create templates for your own objects. From practical things like a smartphone holder for the desk to playful things like your self-designed duck figure, everything is possible. The offer is free including all materials. You can of course take the printed objects home with you afterwards. We work with the programs Tinkercad and Onshape. Please bring your own laptop and mouse.
There are two dates to choose from for the workshop: 24. July and/or 31. July, from each other 15:30 Clock. The workshop takes place at Tschilla on Sickingenstrasse 7-9 (Ground floor) instead of. The place is barrier-free accessible. Registration is not necessary. The offer is funded by the Hessian Ministry for Social Affairs and Integration. The Tschilla is the volunteer location of the Schlachthof Cultural Center in Kassel.
