Zora and Chris have known each other since their school days in the Ruhr area. They went to the same bars, played on the same stages with their bands at the time, had similar ideas. Both are currently working primarily as solo artists.
Zora is a singer-songwriter and released her first single Dual Jewel including a self-made music video in July, a mystical love story. The vocals are reminiscent of Portishead, the music lies between neo-folk and experimental pop, the through direct, poetic texts and stories impress. She lives in Berlin and is working on her first album.
Also C. Buschmann writes songs and sings them. Then a melancholic, moody thread of guitar and voice emerges, an urban melange of folk, Blues and Indie. The EP “Betweenity” was released in May, further publications to follow. Chris lives in Mülheim an der Ruhr.
It must have been more than ten years now, since the two last met. Now they meet again, to play concerts together, to always give each other the “handle” to present their songs live to each other – but above all to the audience.
