In our practice we often deal with mini-jobbers, who are completely unaware of what rights they have in their everyday work. Because: Labor rights also apply to a mini-job, which your boss must comply with. But that's exactly what doesn't happen often and the ignorance of the often very young or migrant workers is exploited to ignore these regulations.
So that this doesn't happen to you so easily, We have prepared a workshop to provide information about the most important and most frequently ignored rights, but also to show you ways in which you can resist, when someone tries to fool you. Because: The sooner you defend yourself and don't wait until you are terminated, the more room for maneuver you have.
