In the experimental project on 'City and Country', scientists develop:inside together with partner:from the city administration and citizens:Inside, new usage concepts for areas in the city and region. In the lecture series we want to learn from humans, who have already successfully participated in the transformation.
Anna Brückmann from Urban Equipe and Flavio Mancuso and Paula Iniesta from Botanica Urbana show innovative approaches to urban design. The Urban Equipe promotes the democratization of urban development processes in Zurich through publications, Activities and workshops. Botanica Urbana focuses on reuse in architecture, to make urban spaces greener and more social. They are currently working on a new use for a rescued greenhouse in Hamburg.
