We watch the film “Without Bosses” together (see announcement above) and then want to talk about the meaning and prospects of collective farms. The guest is the Berlin lawyer Rupay Dahm, who has been advising self-organized companies without bosses for many years and who founded a cleaning cooperative himself. In his handbook »Working independently, “Democratize companies,” he points out, how it works, to build a company without hierarchies. But also how pitfalls can be avoided, such as informal hierarchies, Wage disputes or unproductive meetings.
Members of the Kassel collectives report, what visions drive them and how the whole thing works in local practice.
