How often we long for it, to simply let go and let another person take control? And how often do we introduce ourselves, to get this power into their hands? Kurz: How do we enjoy playing with erotic power imbalances??

Völlig egal ob euch ein voll ausgestattetes Rollenspiel mit festgelegten Charakteren vorschwebt oder euch einfach die klar definierten Rollen des Führens und Folgens reizen: We delve into the principles and varieties of D/S.

D/S stands for dominance and submission. In this dynamic, the dominant part takes control and responsibility for the course of a session, the submissive part gives up control and assumes the role of the person being led.

After an introduction to the philosophy of the power play, widmen wir uns handy on den verschiedenen Fragen, that the practice brings with it:

• What tools are available to me?, to play with power? How do I put words, Contact, Move, maybe also use certain techniques, to lead and be led?
• How do I conduct a preliminary discussion for a session?? How do I create consensus in the session and design the safety nets?
• What types of power play are there?? What roles are available to me??The workshop is sex positive and offers the opportunity, to come into play in practice sessions. Individuals, Couples and polycules are equally welcome. As a queer person, I designed the workshop to be explicitly LGBTQIA+ conscious and take relationship diversity into account.

This workshop does not deliver that:

• Basic theory introduction to “What is BDSM?“ – please inform yourself a little about this in advance, what BDSM is and what it stands for. Z.B. this: https://www.deviance.com/bdsm/
• Intensive role finding in the power play – there will be the possibility, to test different roles and dynamics, However, it is not about detailed self-exploration, which D/S – Roles person has exactly within themselves.

• Technical lessons on game types, that are used in BDSM such as:. Percussion instruments, Tie up, Brackets, wax etc.
• How do I run one? 24/7 – D/s relationship? – This workshop is exclusively about time-limited games in an erotic context.

Maike has been dealing with sexuality for over ten years(s) in theory and practice. Non-monogame Beziehungsmodelle, Polyamorie, reproductive rights, For them, the realities of life for LGBTQIA+ people and BDSM are of course part of the spectrum of human sexuality. With her workshops she wants to provide support and impulses for personal sexual and emotional research journeys.

The workshop is aimed at everyone 18 years, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, Relationship constellation or level of experience in BDSM.
It is open to beginners as well as players with some experience.

The workshop creates a respectful, mindful and consensus-oriented space.
At the beginning there is a joint check-in, at the end a check out. Opportunities for retreat are provided and will be named on the day of the workshop.
