AGAINST NUCLEAR DEATH! – SECURITY REQUIRES DISARMAMENT! – lecture & Discussion about the current nuclear weapons policy.
The disarmament efforts of earlier decades have stalled. To change that, Existing international agreements need to be strengthened and new treaties negotiated.
The German Ministry of Defense is preparing to purchase combat aircraft, that can bring a new generation of American atomic bombs to use. We have to take action, to prevent this and to achieve a withdrawal of all nuclear weapons from Germany.
At this event the global framework is explained and about the national dispute over the ‘atomic bombers’ informed. We will discuss it together, how we can get involved on site – against atomic death!
Elisabeth Saar and Robin Jaspert from the 2017 awarded the Nobel Peace Prize “International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons” (ICAN) give an exciting insight into the topic.
