A massive fuzzwand of bass and guitars, The drums and heavy vocals on driving drums and heavy singing, shapes the style of Oats from Berlin. The cocktail from Black Metal, Thrash, Hardcore, Punk and Doom Metal are refined with Stoner Vibes and always invites you to nod. The basis for energetic live performances draws Hawery from plenty of stage experience of past bands. Oats has been 2017 Founded and designed as a classic stoner-doom band. The five members - Lars and Christoph on the guitars, Singer Daniel, Benjamin on drums and bass player Thomas quickly found their individual style. The latter had previously spent his time in Black-Metal bands. But also the thrash, Punk and hardcore influences granted the stoner rock as a common denominator. 2023 The long -time friend Stefan came to Hawery as the third guitarist. With this appreciation they developed their unique sound from Hawery.

Basalt Is a basic (cleantonearmes) Effusive rock. It consists primarily of a mixture of guitar-drums-bass silicates and drive- and fuzz-rich feldspar as well as mostly deafening olivine. Basalt is the volcanic equivalent to the Stoner Rock, which has the same chemical composition.
