In our multi-part workshop series you will learn how to safely use various tools and materials, You will gain an understanding of mini solar power plants and be able to do it yourself- and explore spatial perception.

"I feel in the room and the art of cooperation" - Architecture with dance and body awareness meet

In this final workshop we let our bodies speak. We explore spaces in a different way: with our senses, through movement, Spiel, embodiment, dance. What does space mean to me?? How does the room feel?? Where do I feel comfortable?? How does he want to be played with?? How can the language of my body influence my experience of architecture, Changing community and environment?
This workshop is aimed at everyone – not just women –, who want to connect with body and space and take a new look at design and community.
What awaits you?:
– A guided dance- and movement workshop (no previous experience necessary)
– Exercises to activate the senses, for mindfulness, Body perception, -consciousness, Embodiment processes
– Experience spaces: Body dialogue & Raum, Human interaction & Vicinity, Nature- and group experience
– Exchange of experiences
Goals: Empowerment through movement | Access to our body intelligence / Awareness raising / interdisciplinary exchange
Participation fee: 30-60€ based on self-assessment | Max. 20 people
