We, the KontorhausKollektiv e.V., promote social cohesion through new forms of housing and test a new neighborhood at the Kassel harbor. In the old office building on Hafenstrasse 76 In the East Kassel, we create community living with a resource -saving renovation and sustainable expansion of the inventory- and habitats for socially acceptable rents. In cooperation with other initiatives, further joint projects for the direct neighborhood and the neighborhood are created in cooperation with other initiatives.
