Welcome to the “eye disco”! Love God Chaos celebrate life and release an album, to be there powerful mix of words and sounds, Irony and seriousness, Provocation and poetry is.

Love God Chaos is known as a band, the “unusual, highly infectious songs with poetic lyrics” (GUITAR – Courier) writes, die „clever prog rock/indie pop feints" and musically “the wicked abstract celebrates” (Julian Melichar – Small newspaper). 3 Years after “We shine in the dark”, the band offers dancing at the “Augendisko”..

What is this “eye disco” all about?? You immediately have an image in your mind's eye: sparkling, glittering, bright, somehow special. That also fits wonderfully. The trigger for the “eye disco” was comparatively banal. Marcus Heider (as his alter ego “John Krempl” head of the band) was forced after the last album, undergoing multiple eye surgeries. A naturally unpleasant one in itself, but ultimately also a strange and almost supernatural experience. How do you describe the flickering and the colors, who dance in front of you, when you lie on the operating table in a twilight state? Richg, “Eye disco” sums it up best. On "Augendisko", which gives the album its title, is a place of longing – bizarre, bunt, as diverse as the music. And we have now solved the secret about John Krempl's eye patch. It is not a fashion accessory, but a necessity in real life screen work and therefore a welcome part of the stage routine.

With the first album “Where the sea is deepest” the band asked themselves 2014 vor. The press found the album “lighthearted, tanzbar, dreamy, playful, epic, events which are experimental, wild“ (hp://www.lovegodchaos.at/presse). Love God Chaos played concerts in Austria and Germany and released a total of six atmospheric black and white videos for the songs from the first album at irregular intervals (hp://bit.ly/1OwlgIC).

“The Impossibility of Not Failure” is 2017 the powerful one, clever and “seductive” successors and not the “difficult” second album. In the video for “Escalation, please" (hps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Chbko1MGJgk) make up female musicians 20 friendly Styrian bands. Genre boundaries don't exist for the duration of a song, The solidarity of the local band scene is and remains unique.

2019 follows along „Endling“ the third album, The epic opener “Commander” sets the tone. The video shot for this is celebrated in the media and wins the prize for it Best Rock Music Video at the Munich Music Video Awards 2021. After the first promising live presentations, you are as amazed as everyone else, that there can be something like a “lockdown” and the world stands still. After a moment of shock, you decide on the only right thing: Carry on.

The press finds, that the band with “We glow in the dark” 2022 clever prog rock/indie pop feints. According to “Kleine Zeitung”, musically they celebrate the wicked abstract and don’t shy away from grand gestures. Love God Chaos is currently hanging out at various festivals and is celebrated as the only German-speaking art rock discovery.

Marcus Heider aka John Krempl is the composer and author of the Love God Chaos songs. “Krempl” stands for things, that you carry with you, loves and what you don't like to part with, since 2007 John Krempl is Marcus Heider's virtual alter ego. He was previously a member of indie rock legends “The Trainleaders” and “Spuk”. since 2000 He is an improv musician in the “Theater im Bahnhof” in Graz.
