Matching Outfits are a trio of Berliners by choice, their oblique, wistful interpretation of indie pop was compared to “a Super 8 film from the family home”.. Singer Linnea Mårtensson's lyrics capture life's great losses and small inconveniences in heartbreaking terms, sometimes hilarious details, as sweet harmonies transform into dissonant outbursts and stirring choruses. Their debut cassette, “Band Made Out Of Sand,” caught the attention of cult radio station WFMU and the Bar/None label (I have it, The Feelies) from New Jersey, which signed the band and on 25. July 2025 released their second album “Ditch Me”.. The band doesn't wear matching outfits, except when she does.

Irgendwer hat das mal liebevoll Pianocrust genannt. Gibt auch paar Parolen zu mieten, um den Zuständen Paroli zu bieten. Wird von Allmächtigorithmen (aus Versehen? 😉 mit Nils Frahm, Hania Rani, Eric Satie etc. compared.
