In this economic system, employment relationships are fundamentally fraught with conflict. The interests of the workers and employees always come before the interests of the employers, of the owners and shareholders. The observance of the rights fought for in the past centuries must therefore always be fought for and fought for. This works better, when you are not alone in front of the employer or the employer who is usually prepared for it!
