They try from an unearthly-looking electronic waste dump, to overthrow the authoritarian regime, that exploits the region’s natural resources – and its people. When an intersex runaway and an escaped coltan miner find each other through cosmic forces, their connection triggers disruptions in the larger superhuman circuit.
