Revolutionary First May Frankfurt. Workers day:inner class. Day of rage.
The corona pandemic and the economic crisis make it very painfully clear, what it means, to have or not to have: That the good life costs, and this minority wealth is carried on the back of the majority. What the economic crisis stands for in the abstract, shows the pandemic in concrete terms: Capitalism divides. Because…
- while one in three jobs cannot live, others live from the privilege of inheritance; from that, that they just own.
- while we at Tönnies under unreasonable working conditions, Aldi, Amazon & Co work, others benefit from our work.
- while the livelihoods of short-time work; Leih- and temporary work especially BIPOCs (Black, Indigenous, People of Color), Hits people with a history of migration and / or without secure residence status particularly hard, companies profit from this racist division of labor.
- while some struggle for survival at the EU's external borders and on the Mediterranean, the others fly around the world on vacation at will.
- while some are fired and we are denied state crisis aid, the state distributes corona aid to companies and shareholders.
- while carers fight the virus for starvation wages, Vaccination patents are not released and our health is valued according to profit.
- while the already unfair distribution of unpaid work - cleaning, Cook, Raising, Worries etc. - at the expense of women, Queers, of migrant people and BIPOCs in the pandemic worsened unreasonably, others can afford the racist-sexist outsourcing of private housework.
- while at the end of the month we hardly have anything left, residential groups threaten us with the next rental- and increase in operating costs or termination due to personal use.
- while millions of people face the consequences of the climate crisis, flee from war and political persecution, has VW in the middle of the corona pandemic 10 Billions of profits made; Lufthansa will be saved with billions at our expense.
- while some - especially after the attacks in Halle and Hanau - have to live in fear of racist and anti-Semitic violence, will be the next deportation in politics; a stricter police law or state fraternization with ideological conspiracy movements is being prepared.
For the few, capitalism brings wealth and an abundance of opportunity, for us, that we work out for the profit of others every day, he brings hardship, Misery and a lack of prospects. We can no longer bear these contradictions, we are angry and sad about it, that we are working to death and still have no chance of a good life. But it is precisely these contradictions that show, that another society is possible, because “Contradictions are the hopes. Only they make the break possible, who walks through the society of achievements and state power. ”The contradictions of capitalism are man-made, so human beings can overcome it - let's collectively take our anger out onto the street, to finally break with the system, that oppresses and exploits us. Let's make it clear, that we don't pay for the crisis, those with our health, our work, our bodies, profit from our rent and from the destruction of our environment! Let's make it clear, that we are no longer ready, to toil for companies, their wealth on Nazi capital; their profit on anti-Semitism, sexism, Exploitation and division of workers. Let's make Labor Day Rage Day!
Comes on 1. May 2021 on the street, network and show solidarity in the collective struggle against the capitalist work system and social inequality.
