TuesdayTalk #10 the Educational institution Anne Frank
Martín Steinhagen and Andrea Röpke on the murder case of Walter Lübcke
Am 30.06. the journalists Andrea Röpke and Martín Steinhagen speak at the 10. #TuesdayTalk about the murder case of Walter Lübcke and right-wing terror in Germany. Am 1. June 2019 the Kassel government president Dr. Walter Lübcke shot dead on his terrace in Wolfhagen-Istha. The alleged perpetrator and his alleged accomplice come from the neo-Nazi scene in Kassel and have long been known to the security authorities – before they disappeared from the radar. On the evening of the third day of the trial against Stephan Ernst and Markus H., who are currently on the dock before the Frankfurt Higher Regional Court, Andrea Röpke and Martín Steinhagen report on the background of the murder, the alleged perpetrators and the neo-Nazi scene in Germany. In addition, we look at the past and present of right-wing terror in Germany and ask about the social breeding ground for right-wing violence. The TuesdayTalks of the educational institution: What is the situation of refugees in Greece and what is the status of the Walter Lübcke murder case?? We invite experts to discuss these and other topics once a week. The digital talks run on YouTube and are moderated by Adrian Oeser (Hessian Broadcasting). Participants can ask questions and exchange ideas.
