Baunatal will continue to need new living space in the future, But where and how much? This has been discussed in the city for many months. Therefore, on behalf of the city of Baunatal under the direction of Prof. Dr. Uwe Altrock from the University of Kassel commissioned a study on opportunities and strategy approaches for housing development. The results will be on 6. March presented in the Baunatal town hall. Afterwards, as part of the SDG+ Lab project, from March to October 2025 Workshops with the Baunataler:inside instead of, To design the future of living in Baunatal.
A total of six workshops offer space for discussion and joint work and bring politics and administration, Pursue, Property owner:inside and residents:inside. The wishes and needs of the people on site are included in the exchange, In front- and disadvantages of different concepts and derived recommendations for urban development. Interested parties are invited to help shape the future of living in Baunatal.
