is commonly the image revolting students with the international - and leftist - student unrest 1966 to 1968 associated. But in the German university history there have been several and very different student movements. Little is known e.g.. the significant right-oriented German student movement before 1933, already 1931 led to legal "takeover" of the German students by the Nazi Student Association. But little known is, that in Germany the majority of students for a long time was not leftist. Protest stirred only in the 50s on the part of the students against the Nazi past of many professors. This protest was combined with demands gradually, who were leftist political. If the demand is presented here may be subject to a workshop / seminar deepens.
