You want the support of your colleagues:within, but you have the feeling, that they are not interested in it themselves, to change something in the workplace? And you have no idea, like you, your many colleagues:inside at all?
Then come to our organizing workshop!
This workshop is about the basics of corporate organizing: We train together, how to do it in one-on-one conversations, to overcome mistrust, how you can get a systematic overview of the company and how we enforce collective demands with the right strategy. The workshop leaders:within von OKG (Organize, Battle, Win) draw on many years of experience from different companies and are based on methods from the book “Secrets of a Successful Organizer”.
This workshop is aimed at anyone who is curious, who, as employees, want to change something in their work. No prior knowledge is necessary to take part in this workshop.
