Contemporary Dance Workshop – Raises awareness for people without hearing

In this dance workshop, aspects of contemporary dance are taught. The workshop takes place on 6. May from 16:15-18:15 p.m. in the large dance room of the Haus der Jugend. It includes somatic aspects, that promote awareness of one's own body. In addition, principles such as extension, Case or release researched, in order to improvise and delve deeper into small movement sequences. We also become partners- and group work dance as a common language about bodies, rhythm, Explore space and visual communication. No experience is necessary.

The workshop is led by Katharina Jung and Fritzi Luise Münster, two non-signing women, those from the fields of dance, Movement and body work come and so far have little experience with deaf culture. You are aware of this position, make an effort, to create a mindful and respectful space. An interpreter is present.
