Am 31.03. ist Trans* Day of Visibility!
This is an annual day of action to make trans* realities visible. On the occasion of this day of action, we found it quite fitting that the editors Joy Reißner and Orlando Meier-Brix of "tin*stories – Trans | inter | non-binary history(n) since 1900” to a reading of the book in Kassel. 18 Authors have stories of trans* in this book, inter* and/or non-binary persons researched and written down, also to make their realities and lives visible.

About the book
Trans*, inter* and non-binary – certainly not a trend! A look at our history shows that.
We meet a lot of people there, media and narratives, who empower us today, touch and make you think. For example, there was Karl M. Baer, who published a book about his life as an inter* person. Or Liddy Bacroff, who was persecuted as a trans* woman and sex worker under National Socialism and wrote down her experiences. Oder Cornelia, who processed the coming out in her diary in the 1980s.
