Anyone who starts a referendum or a local political campaign usually not only gets a lot of attention from the media, but also a direct line to politicians and other decision-makers at local level. But what is the best way to get into conversation with urban politics? How do I identify the central people and how do I manage it, convince them of my goals?

These questions have interested numerous climate change campaigns from below, therefore we are now organizing a Online-Seminar. This will be on Tuesday, 09. March at 19:00 occur. We have invited three exciting speakers for you:

  • Marie Ossenkopf is the press officer and negotiator for Kassel coal-free initiative. She was also appointed to the climate protection council of the city of Kassel.
