26. September, 13- 18 Clock workshop, 18 p.m. eating together
to 22. Register in August

In everyday life, people are often impatient with us.
Or they shame us or they don't take us into account.
In the workshop we talk about such experiences.
We think together:
What do I wish for in these moments??
What helps me, to make me feel strong?
How do I defend myself??
We practice self-assertion.
First we practice together at the Queer Center.
Then we make small groups and practice in the city.
