Even if our lives and loves continue to intertwine with the technical and the digital, doesn't mean it, that love and sex(ualities) thus becoming less intimate or less political. The increasing entanglement of bodies with technological artefacts, as in the fields of neurotechnology, of prosthetics or robotics, and digital platforms like Tinder and OkCupid, promises a post-human physicality and equal access to a digitized life for all. But that's true? Don't new technologies also produce persistent power relations along race, gender, class and sex? Are there queer technologies?? And they can have emancipatory effects on sexualities and bodies? Pınar Tuzcu will answer these exciting questions, Tilma*n Treier and Tanja Kubes entertained.
