lecture & Discussion on the draft of a new Hessian assembly law
since 2006 Legislative competence for the right of assembly passed from the federal government to the states. Several federal states such as Bavaria and North Rhine-Westphalia have already made use of this – now Hesse also wants to follow suit. And with a law, aggressively attacking the freedom of assembly enshrined in the Basic Law. There is already strong criticism. But what exactly is in it, and are now supposed to be really political camps, Dance demos and 'aggressive clothing' will be banned?
Together with the lawyer and political scientist Maximilian Pichl, we want to take a critical look at the draft of the Hessian law and discuss possible political action.
Afterwards there will be a solo pub
