The Austrian filmmaker lands with his ultralight aircraft in South Sudan at the time of the independence referendum 2011 in the middle of onein confusingn Chaos, in ar Variety of colorful and absurd impressions. The 'toy' plane is ideal, to be greeted with curiosity and to start a conversation.
