Curse (formerly “Konny Clevice Punk”) shows a musical-scenic program from songs, Letter passages and theater elements. From the left, Autonomous and anti -fascist contexts coming, he looks back at stages in life and forward to the question: How do we remain able to act?, when tired, Fear and cynicism are rampant? Between punk poetry and narrative, the program combines humor and vulnerability, political experience and personal history. Recorded as audio passages, Letters addressed to him from those around him bring additional voices and perspectives to the stage: How did we end up at this point and why does it make sense, that we are, as we are: so different, angry, passionate, disappointed, tender and resigned? Turgutz counters resignation with attitude: Self-determination, solidarity, Taking responsibility and, above all, empathy. The form remains deliberately low-threshold and flexible – a program, that remembers, sorted and wants to encourage, without becoming dishonest.”
Ähliz afraid: “Curtain up!
Ähliz unpacks the suitcases and comes out: a few clown noses, a bit of darkness, some fear and some nonsense, and especially: Songs. Those who move between these things and talk about floating around. And because the suitcase is quite heavy, helps Klapperklaus carry it. And also accompanies the music on the drums; sensitive, but to the point.”
