It shall be revealed and discussed, how children are able, to deal with an issue from multiple perspectives and multimedia over a longer period and to develop their own contexts of meaning in their designs.

Mario has Urlaß 2003 Professor of art and its didactics at the University of Education Heidelberg. After studying at the Institute of Teacher Training Auerbach and at the University of Leipzig (Art education) He taught as a research assistant at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and Chemnitz. In addition to teaching at universities, he took several years teaching art at primary schools. his work- and research interests are in the arts education in primary education, in interdisciplinary artistic project work in teacher training courses and in the field of contemporary art. He was co-organizer of several art educational congresses (u.a. International InSEA Congress "Horizons" 2007/ Heidelberg, node 12 "Participation" / Federal Congress of Art Education 2010-2012).
