Am 17. In June, a 30-year-old man from Kassel was sentenced to imprisonment for selling youth pornography 22 sentenced to probation for months. The court also ordered five drug help appointments 100 hours of community service.
The court noted, that in at least ten cases the perpetrator took photos and videos of two 14- and 15 year old girl. He knew, that both victims were minors, I made her financially and emotionally dependent and sometimes supplied her with drugs. Customers paid the perpetrator for the files between 25 and 50 €, which he retained in full.
The man is also accused, to have offered the 14-year-old affected person online for sexual abuse in his apartment in the northern part of the city. The case was separated from the ongoing proceedings, because the person concerned cannot take part in the process due to their psychological condition. The man was therefore released from custody.
