The workers' song choir in Kassel has been performing since its founding 2018 the fight for emancipation using the means of the voice and occurs in different ways (political) Events and demos.
We have made it our mission, to keep the songs of the workers' choirs and political singing groups in living memory - from historical to abridged, rewritten to rearranged.
This means polyphony: encouragement! Agitation! International solidarity!
In addition to historical workers' songs, our repertoire also includes newer songs, which, in addition to labor disputes, also cover feminist topics, about solidarity and revolution or singing about the four-hour day!
Choir rehearsals are open to everyone, who enjoy singing political pieces. Regardless of work, training- and employment relationships, it is an open and relaxed association 20-50 be right.
